About The ACE Advocate
The ACE Advocate is distributed monthly to all members of ACE Council locals and Friends of the ACE Council. The full four-page newsletter contains internal union business and should not be printed or distributed using agency resources. That said, local unions or individual members are strongly encouraged to print using non-government resources and to distribute physical copies to co-workers while in a non-duty status.
Pages 1 & 2 of the newsletter are carefully crafted to contain representational union news and analysis only. For this reason, these first two pages are distributed on their own, as a fully-representational newsletter available to all bargaining unit employees represented by the ACE Council. Because of its representational content, local unions may print and distribute pages 1 & 2 of The Advocate in accordance with local Collective Bargaining Agreements.
If you are interested in writing, researching, editing, illustrating or otherwise working on the ACE Advocate, volunteer to get involved with the ACE Council Communications Committee.
